Something Random To Start Something Awesome.

It's funny how I claim myself as a writer nowadays, but now I feel like I have no idea what to write. Well, I've got ideas, we all have ideas don't we? It's how we express those ideas into something presentable, that's the real challenge. I have no smart ideas for this post, I'm just trying to keep my promise to keep this blog alive with stories and photos.

As I'm writing this, I'm reading emails from readers of this blog, which mostly asked "How are you Cass? What's new?". So, here's an answer. I'm great. Very great actually. As my book, "Letters, Stories & Dreams" has been announced as a Best Seller. Which truly touches me and flatters me more anything, it is so far my biggest achievement. Besides that, I have a boyfriend now. Which I haven't mentioned before, because of course it's weird to mention that here and you know why I'm sure. And due to past experiences, I choose not to say his name. To keep his privacy and of course mine. But just so you know, he's awesome and he makes me happy.

What's new. Hmm. I went to Camera Obscura's concert a couple months ago with some friends. The concert was... umm, pretty dull actually. Not much came and the venue kinda sucked for their genre, so people were sitting around, so was I. However though, a friend of mine was nice enough to help me get backstage and meet the band in person. It was cool, but it was hard to have a conversation with them because they were busy signing albums and stuff for people, but at least I got a chance to take a photo with Tracyanne, the lead vocalist and she was very sweet about it.

I've also started having photo sessions again, like the good old days when I was still hot into photography. Here is behind the scenes photos of For The Flame Beneath Your Bridge's LXX.VII photoshoot. Their album is out now and you can ask via Twitter (@ftfbybofficial) where to get it near your location. It's one of the most anticipated albums in Indonesia this year. And it's awesome shit ;)

We had to wake up at 5 am in the morning for the shoot. And I'm definitely not a morning person. So I was pretty cranky during the whole thing. But the photos turned out great and suited their passion of music and art. So, I'm proud to be part of it, even though all I did was... just hanging around. Here's one of the final photos from a whole cool series.

Introducing LXX.VII ;)

That's it. For now. But don't worry, I've still got a whole lot to tell you, I just want to save em up for the next post. I don't want to bore you with too many stories in one post, and I'm also preventing the possibility of running out of stuff to tell. Help me out then, tell me what you want to read. What you want me to post. It will be helpful!

Hope you're all okay out there. Oh and for those who just graduated junior high and senior high, CONGRATS! I'm very much excited for you and your future ahead. Hugs and kisses!

May 6, 2010

Hello. I'm Sorry.

Dear loyal readers,

I'm sorry for abandoning my blog for quite a while. I have no better excuse than to say that I am currently feeling uncreative and uninspired to write and take photos. I sure hope you understand.

I will come back to my usual updating basis by next week (Second week of May 2010). I've got a bunch of photos and stories craving to be shared with you. I swear and I promise.

Thank you for coming back again and again. I might not know you, but I love you.

Hugs,
Cassey.

P.S : And I shall reply your comments again like I usually do.
